Who We Are?
Fiona FOULON, Manager and State-certified Hearing Aid Specialist
Centers of Béziers & Pézenas
I have been a hearing aid specialist for 15 years, graduated from the Montpellier school. I then specialized, obtaining two university degrees: in Paris, Child Audiophonology and then in Lyon, Audioprosthetic Audiology & Implantable Prosthetics. I founded Audition du Biterrois et du Piscénois to practice my profession as I always imagined it: with listening, time, freedom and kindness.
What motivates me every day is being able to support each patient, big or small, with a tailor-made solution, adapted to their real life. I also support people suffering from tinnitus or needing specific solutions, such as bone anchored solutions.
I work closely with my assistants to ensure a warm welcome, quality follow-up, and real availability in our two centers.
Being independent, for me, is a strength: I choose the best solutions, without compromise, without commercial pressure, in the service of your hearing comfort.
Loïc LASSURE, State-certified Hearing aid Specialist
Center of Béziers & Pézenas
Hearing impaired from birth and hearing aids since childhood, I understood very early on the importance of good hearing care.
It was this personal experience that naturally led me to the profession of hearing aid professional, with the desire to in turn help those experiencing hearing loss, at all ages.
Graduating in 2024 from the Montpellier hearing aid school, I had the chance to do my third year of internship at Audition du Biterrois et du Piscénois, where I rediscovered values that are close to my heart: kindness, listening, independence.
Today, I work there with passion, with the constant concern to provide fair, effective solutions adapted to each person.
Audrey Felix, Hearing aid Specialist at The end Of her Equivalence – In the Process of Recognition of The State Diploma
Centers of Béziers & Pézenas
After a first career in health as a qualified dietitian, I chose to retrain for hearing aids, a more technical profession, but just as human.
Graduated in Spain, I am currently completing my equivalence internship with a view to obtaining the French State Diploma.
I joined Audition du Biterrois et du Piscénois two years ago, convinced by the patient-centered approach, independence, and the quality of the follow-up offered here.
What I like is being able to take the time with each person, understand their expectations and support them with appropriate solutions, in an atmosphere of trust.
Anaïs Wegener, Audiologist Assistant
Center of Béziers
Assistant for 9 years, I am the first contact of patients when they walk through the door of the center.
I have been supporting Fiona on a daily basis for several years: we form a real team and it has grown a lot!
Reception, file management, administrative support, practical advice: I am here to help you at every step, with a smile and always a reassuring word.
What I like about this job is the bond of trust that is created with patients, often over several years.
Laetitia Vandamme, Hearing Aid Assistant
Center of Pézenas
I joined Audition du Biterrois et du Piscénois to replace Anaïs during her maternity leave. Currently I am replacing Lauryne, on parental leave at the center of Pézenas. I stayed on the team… and I do a little bit of everything!
Before that, I worked in the field of optics, which gave me a taste for patient contact and support in daily health care journeys.
I'm kindly nicknamed the "MacGyver" of the center, because I like finding solutions, being of service, and learning on the ground.
Whether to welcome, organize, troubleshoot, repair or simply listen, I am there to support the team and take care of patients, with good humor and efficiency.
